  • This beautiful first floor St. Andrews Villa is a 1 bedroom and 1 1/2 bathroom with screened in-patio. It is nestled between stunning Live Oak trees and the Legendary George Fazio 14th hole.
    The master suite, with a new Marriott king-sized bed and adjoining master bath with golf course views and French doors leading to the covered screened in-patio.

    The kitchen is updated with new appliances and has all the amenities you need.

    The living room offers spacious gathering area, a sleeper sofa and French doors opening onto the covered screened in-patio.
