  • Triple Cleaned, New construction home! This 7,200sf Beach home is the PERFECT rental for any occasion; weddings, family vacation, reunions, etc. A 2 minute walk to the beach, beautiful views and plenty of living space! The home is located in Bradley Beach area of Hilton Head Island. The home has four covered balconies, an infinity pool, two living rooms, 10 bedrooms and a private elevator. Whether you're planning a family vacation, wedding, or corporate retreat, this home will fit your needs.

    The space
    The home has 10 bedrooms, 8 king beds and 2 sets of bunk beds. 12 bathrooms and 2 living spaces. The first floor has 1 king, the second and third floors have 3 kings and a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds and the top level has 1 king. All bedrooms have a private bath attached. Don't worry, there is a private elevator that goes from the garage to each floor.

Awesome house!

We used this property for our large family vacation with 15 of us and it was perfect! There was space for everyone and we all enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Home!

We really enjoyed our stay and the house was everything we thought it would be. Having 8 King bedrooms with their own bathroom worked out perfect for our group of 8 golfers. The views from the top level are awesome!

Birthday girls trip

Loved everything about this property! The home was even more beautiful in person. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. It was a nice surprise that there were some wagons and beach chairs to use if needed.

Great property!

This property was perfect for our large group of children, young adults, and adults. The house was clean and spacious! The location provided a stunning view, and easy access to the beach. The property manager was very accommodating. Overall we would recommend renting this house to anyone with a large group looking to meet at the beach for the weekend.

Nice home

The home was clean and spacious, perfect for meetings and gatherings. However, the TVs in the rooms on the third and fourth floors didn't work despite our attempts to fix them. The main rooms were fine, but the bedrooms had connectivity issues. Overall, it was a great stay, and the place was well-stocked with towels, soap, and linens. We especially appreciated the laundry facilities on each floor. and the convenience of the elevator.

Wonderful vacation for a large group

The house is gorgeous, well-furnished, and spacious even for our very large group ages 2m to 40! The bedrooms are large and all bedding and towels were provided. There’s laundry on multiple levels, two kitchens, comfortable balcony seating on each level, and plenty of garage space for beach supplies and a lot of cars (we fit 8 suvs). A few maintenance issues popped up during our stay and the host was incredibly quick to reply and send help within just a few hours. The beach nearby (enter at Marriott’s access point) is absolutely gorgeous and a short walk from the property. We truly loved our time at this property and would 110% return if we have another large group trip!! Thank you!

Great vacation!

What a great place to have a big family vacation. We had 23 people staying here (13 adults and 10 kids). So much room for everyone with great access to the beach. We are from Nebraska so we don’t get much ocean time, so we loved how close we were to the beach. All of the adults had their own beds and plenty of sleeping spots for the kids. Had to reach out to the owners once about trash pickup and they were super responsive and quick to resolve our issue. The one thing for improvement would be somewhere to wash off gear when you come back from the beach. We used the neighbors hookup so not a big deal. Overall Hilton Head did not disappoint, and a big part of our great time was this place. Would highly recommend! Thanks

Fabulous Home

What a beautiful home! We enjoyed the patio and pool as well! The size was perfect for our family of 15 adults and 3 small children. We were concerned about portable cribs fitting in parents' bedrooms, but one would have fit in every bedroom, as they were quite spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything from skillets, to large pots to cookie sheets and colanders. Don't stress about fitting 6 vehicles at this home. Four of ours were midsized and 2 were very large and we still fit them in the garage and driveway without a problem. The elevator was not operational for the majority of our stay. This was a big imposition, but thankfully it was reset the evening before we left so it could be utilized for loading up to leave. The management company was helpful and responsive to my questions and needs. We would stay here for sure again!

A great time with family

The house was roomy enough to get all 22 of us together or for each of us to get away from the others. The view is gorgeous!! The elevator is finicky and maintenance had to come twice (our group included a disabled adult). The refrigerator does leak onto the floor periodically, which maintenance states is a known issue and a new refrigerator is on order. A towel under it works fine. It also gets up to 55 degrees if you load up all your groceries at once. The pool was nice, but small. The infinity part was not working but did not keep us from enjoying it. The pool man came out to the pool and showed us a remote control for the jets. Said he was putting it back in the box, which we could not find for the remainder of or stay. Parking is plentiful. We parked 10 vehicles on the property even though we were told only 4-5 would fit. The listing stated there were two bunk rooms with 2 bunk beds each. However the pictures showed 1 bunk and 1 hide a bed. The pictures were correct. Which makes a difference when you have single adults. Also no bedding for the pull out couches were found on the first night. But they were delivered the next day. Overall, we had a wonderful time and any needs were met quickly by the owner. If we return to Hilton Head for our reunions, we definitely would stay here again.

This property was everything I expected and more. From the beautiful views, to the little touches added for our convenience, the clean rooms and pool, it was the perfect spot for my birthday weekend. The picture actually understated how big and beautiful the house is. The 1st floor kitchen / living area was very comfortable for our group, 22 people. The top floor is a great space for a group to gather at night. The owner and management company were extremely responsive from the booking process through checkout. The pool looked small in the pictures, but it handled our group without a problem.

Large and spacious with wonderful views. We had a large group of 15 people. Everyone had plenty of space to enjoy each other’s company. We cooked in the kitchen and on the grill. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed to make some fabulous meals. The beach is a short stroll down the private boardwalk and there are pool floats and beach chairs available. Plenty of parking for 4 large vehicles. We will return again.
The upper floor balcony was a favorite spot.

The kitchen was fully stocked. The rooms were clean and spacious. The views from the oceanside were nice! We really did enjoy ourselves. Amenitie stores of all kinds are within a few miles of the property. The beach is a very short walk from the house. The only critique I have is that elevator wasn't working while we were there. That caused us to have to rearrange the bedrooms for those with physical limitations. Climbing all those stairs was quite the workout for alot of us.

This house is amazing. Very clean, great views, just steps from the ocean, huge kitchen. comfortable beds, I could go on and on. Exactly as described and pictured. We didn't want to leave. We are already recommending it to our family and friends. The best place to stay on Hilton Head in our opinion. Our host was very attentive and made sure we didn't need anything. Thank you for making our stay better than we could have expected.

All was great, but we needed a lesson on changing from cooling to heat on thermostats. We got very cold one night, so instructions were not found. We finally figured it out.We will be back next year.
