  • Triple Cleaned, New construction home! This 7,200sf Beach home is the PERFECT rental for any occasion; weddings, family vacation, reunions, etc. A 2 minute walk to the beach, beautiful views and plenty of living space! The home is located in Bradley Beach area of Hilton Head Island. The home has four covered balconies, an infinity pool, two living rooms, 10 bedrooms and a private elevator. Whether you're planning a family vacation, wedding, or corporate retreat, this home will fit your needs.

    The space
    The home has 10 bedrooms, 8 king beds and 2 sets of bunk beds. 12 bathrooms and 2 living spaces. The first floor has 1 king, the second and third floors have 3 kings and a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds and the top level has 1 king. All bedrooms have a private bath attached. Don't worry, there is a private elevator that goes from the garage to each floor.

    Other things to note
    Pool heating is available for $100 per day.

    The maximum occupancy for this property is strictly limited to 20 guests.
