This elevated 1st level 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat is a welcoming respite for your next Hilton Head vacation! The common areas offer tile and wood flooring throughout. The living area has comfortable furniture, a flat screen TV and access to the private balcony with views of the beach boardwalk. The well-appointed kitchen has granite counters, custom cabinets and views of the living area. The dining area seats 4 with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. The main bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and a deluxe private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, a flat screen TV and access to a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The Barrington Park ocean-oriented complex features an on-site heated pool and spa, community grills, beach access and spectacular ocean and pristine garden views. Located in an oceanfront complex. Beach access is a 2-3 minute walk from the property. Palmetto Dunes is an oceanfront resort on Hilton Head Island that stretches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under the William Hilton Parkway that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina and Towne Centre. Located mid-island on 2,000 acres of lush island landscapes, Palmetto Dunes boasts one of the East Coast's premiere beaches, championship golf and tennis, and miles of bike and walking trails in a tranquil setting.
