With three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and many upgrades such as furniture, flooring, and appliances throughout, this home will not disappoint. The first floor of the villa consists of a den with a sleeper sofa, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and access to the patio with great outdoor space. The outdoor space offers a patio dining table and chairs, a shared charcoal grill, and access to the grassy oceanfront lawn and the community pool.



On the first level, the twin bedroom has a flatscreen TV, patio access, and access to the bathroom in the upper foyer hall that features a walk-in shower. The second level of the villa is the main floor which offers an open kitchen, newly furnished living and dining areas with a slider door leading to the deck off the kitchen. The living room has a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The kitchen, with granite countertops, new stainless appliances, tile flooring, and modern cabinetry has every you need to get your chef on beach-style! The two primary bedrooms are on the third level. Both are furnished with flatscreen TVs and private bathrooms with walk-in showers.
