- This one level (no steps) vacation rental in Stones Throw Villas is the perfect vacation spot for a romantic weekend getaway, golf vacation, or beach experience on the best S.C. beaches! Our newly renovated one bedroom villa with updated furnishings is 0.2 miles from the beach and is approximately a 6-8 minute walk to Folly Field Beach Access on paved walking/biking path.
The Beach Boardwalk access is new for 2024! Relax on the great beaches or rent a bike and explore our island. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay.
You have made a great choice to stay at our Villa. That being said we are on the main level ( no steps) and their is a separate Villa directly above ours. Periodic sounds can be heard from the upstairs Villa occupants.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start the dishwasher 3 hours prior to checking out so it can run a full cycle before the housekeepers get there at 10:00.
Be sure to log out of any streaming services like Netflix on both TV's, leave both TV's on the main Spectrum screen & leave the remotes near the TV's.
Be sure to leave the beach door key hanging on the hook by the front door for the next traveler.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
