It was clean, nicely furnished and well-equipped. It is on the 4th floor and when we checked in on a Saturday evening, the elevator was not working (talking to other residents it had been out between 2-3 weeks). It was about a 5 minute bike ride to the Beach Club and about a 10 minute ride to Harbourtown. The unit was well stocked (even had a bocci set to use at the beach!) and provided for a comfortable, enjoyable week. Our only qualm was with the washer and dryer. The washer was functional but loud, and the dryer malfunctioned partway through the week. The property manager did offer to help out with drying our laundry, which we appreciated.
