    Our home's heart, a recently updated kitchen, features quartz countertops, modern cabinets, and appliances no more than three years old. The inviting space is perfected with stylish pendants and swivel upholstered stools, creating an ambiance that's both comfortable and welcoming. Fresh paint beautifies the living, dining, and kitchen areas, complementing the new king-sized bed in the master bedroom, now refreshed with wood flooring and a serene color palette.

    This spacious, four-bedroom, three-bathroom residence boasts a heated pool* and a luxurious hot tub, complete with 37 jets and LED lighting, promising an idyllic escape. The one-level layout ensures easy accessibility and includes two master suites, two guest rooms, and a shared bath, all featuring contemporary wood floors. Updated vanities and lighting enhance the hall and queen suite bathrooms, adding a touch of sophistication.

    The expansive living room, equipped with a 46-inch widescreen HDTV, merges seamlessly with the dining area and newly fitted kitchen. We loved this property! It's on a quiet part of the street but still only a couple minutes from the beach. The pool and patio area is beautiful and we loved all of the seating options. Plenty of parking area for vehicles and our rented bicycles. The full-size, extra refrigerator is a great bonus when you have groceries for 8 people for a week. We also had a deer visit the backyard each day which was a cute addition to this great property!

The Mallard property was perfect for our group of 4, needing 3 separate bdrms. The kitchen is well stocked and the large patio has ample seating to enjoy the pool, hot tub or a beverage. New washer/dryer was appreciated and it’s a short, easy 1.5-ish block walk to the beach. The house is well cared for and well loved due to its age and the salty, humid environment but just adds to the HH charm.

Great place to stay for our family of 6 adults and 1 toddler. Plenty of room for everyone, well stocked kitchen, backyard was an oasis of its own and the beach was a short walk away. Our host was always just a text away. We did get notice that the hot tub heater was on order, however the water was very warm anyway so we were able to use it, no problem. The home was very clean and comfortable. The backyard chairs just needed a quick brushing which is understandable considering the beautiful canopy of trees. Highly recommend.

Everything was as described! Location was about a five minute walk to the beach and mostly shaded! The pool and hot tub were extra nice after a long day at the beach. Plenty of amenities including cooking items. Would stay again for sure!

Beautiful backyard with a short easy walk to the beach. Hot tub was lovely during November and pool heated such that the kids swam. Well stocked kitchen and I really liked that there was an extra fridge in the side room with washer/dryer. One thing to note is the chairs for the beach are what we consider "bag chairs" not true beach chairs. We had a wonderful time and absolutely would stay again!

Private location - with an excellent pool. The beach walk was short with a beautiful sandy and uncrowded beach in front of the walk through. The chairs and wagon came in handy for us! I loved the convenience of coligny plaza as it was a short bike ride or walk for everything we could need.

Lovely back yard with multiple seating areas, pool, and hot tub, and umbrellas for shade. The kitchen is nicely equipped (we like to cook) with pans for stovetop and oven baking. Plenty of room in bedrooms for our group. Nearby grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance.

Fantastic location, charming home w/ great outdoor space

We’ve been coming to HHI for years and North Forest Beach is, by far, our favorite location. 3 Mallard is charming and in a perfect location, just off beach and a quick walk to shops and restaurants. Laura was a thoughtful, fantastic, communicative host. For those who like to cook, kitchen is very well-appointed. Highly recommend!

Great property for family celebrations

We enjoyed a wonderful 50th. wedding celebration with three families. Laurah answered all our questions before the trip, even arranging for an additional bed for our 4 year old grandaughter and gifting us wine and balloon. Property as described. Just what we needed!

Backyard is an oasis of different seating areas, shady and sunny! Home is well stocked for every need. Plates and cups for pool area and regular plates for inside. Both manager and owner were extremely easy to work with and quick with responses. Easy short walk to the beach, with plenty of supplies for the beach. Wagons, chairs, and floats. Very enjoyable!!!

Family Vacay

Laura was great with communication before we even arrived at the property. She helped us adjust our dates and arrival time to fit our needs with having a toddler. Which - the option of a crib and pack n play was a life saver for us. We had 6 adults - each with enough space of their own. Great location for the beach and Coligny. We met the property manager upon arrival and she was great as well! Would definitely recommend this home for a family!

Perfect Beach Holiday

The house was perfect. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach. A 15 minute walk to the shopping district. But the best part was the house. Pool was perfect. Backyard had plenty of space with many sitting areas. The house inside and out was in great shape. The owner and property manager were extremely helpful. When my daughter left her text to me was we need to rent this house again next year. Couldn’t agree more. Had a wonderful week with the family and renting this house made it perfect. Till next year.

Fabulous Stay!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Laura’s home! The location is amazing, just a short walk to the beach in a super family-friendly neighborhood. The house itself is exactly as described in the pictures, clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Laura, the host, is exceptional! She took great care of us throughout our stay, providing timely and helpful communication. She responded quickly to any queries we had and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. While arriving late due to being stuck in traffic, Laura even coordinated the delivery of a scooter we had rented for my dad, which was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. Overall, a wonderful experience and we highly recommend this rental! Super pet friendly too!! We will come back! Thanks you, Laura!
