The Space:

Welcome to 5 Lark Street, a one-of-a-kind A-frame surf cottage in North Forest Beach, where vintage charm meets modern updates just ~100 steps from the Atlantic. This lovingly renovated 1967 bungalow captures the spirit of coastal living: relaxed, unique, and just a stone’s throw from the sand.



Step inside and encounter a bright open living and dining area that blends seamlessly with an updated, fully equipped kitchen. Two living spaces provide flexibility, whether relaxing with family or gathering with friends.



The main level hosts a bedroom (off living/kitchen) featuring a full and king bed and an en-suite bathroom. A spiral staircase leads upstairs to two additional bedrooms, each with bunk-style arrangements (lower full, upper twin), sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower. These rooms add personality and charm, ideal for kids or guests seeking a fun, cosy space.



Outside, enjoy a screened porch at the rear, perfect for morning coffee or reading while sheltered from sun or insects. The side patio offers Adirondack chairs and a firepit, creating cosy evenings by the flames. Rinse off after the beach using the outdoor shower.



This pet-friendly home includes well-appointed amenities: free WiFi, Smart TVs, washing machine/dryer, keyless entry, and a Keurig for your morning brew. The pre-approval process takes just a few minutes and covers three simple steps:



1. Sign the Rental Agreement - a quick electronic signature, no printing required.

2. Guest verification - a fast, standard guest verification.

3. Pick your coverage: Damage Waiver (a small, non-refundable fee covering eligible accidental damage during your stay - our guests' favourite option, since it takes the stress out of minor mishaps) or Security Deposit (a fully refundable hold, released after checkout as long as everything's in order).

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
