Literally 2 minutes from the house until your toes are in the water. A 15-to-20-minute walk to Coligny Plaza along a shaded bike/walk path (about the same along the beach). The kitchen was much larger than we expected and had all of the basics. The back porch had a large fan that kept it comfortable even during the heat of the day. We didn't use the firepit, but we sat around it at night. The chairs were very comfortable. The only thing that was a negative for me was the stairs. Very narrow and steep. Getting luggage up there was a little tricky. Overall vibe was a hand-me-down generational family vacation house. Would definitely stay there again! ##### Amy H.
