It’s fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, which comfortably seats six, plus additional bar seating for three. It boasts brand new furniture, a SmartTV, and a sliding door leading to your private deck with pool views.

Just off the living area is the primary bedroom, complete with a king-sized bed and SmartTV. This bedroom also has its own sliding door to the private deck and an en-suite bathroom that has been fully renovated, featuring a granite double vanity and a tiled walk-in shower.

On the opposite side of the villa, you’ll find the guest bedroom, which includes two queen-sized beds. This room also features a sliding door to the deck and an en-suite bathroom, renovated to include a tiled tub and shower combination.
