This Ocean Front 1 Bedroom, Villa sleeps 4 and is just steps from the Resort Pool and Beach Entrance! The Space: Dip your toes in the water and let your worries drift away! The location of this fully renovated villa is Ocean Front Villa is the best, and it is just steps from the beach boardwalk and resort pool. This 1-bedroom villa was recently remodeled with a brand-new bath, wide plank luxury vinyl floors, new living room furniture which includes a new queen pull out sofa with a 3" memory foam mattress, shiplap walls, new quartz countertops, and all new deck furniture and beach chairs. The bedroom is private and has a private entrance to the bathroom. The villa easily fits 2 couples or a family of 4\. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook and eat in, or you can enjoy a meal at the balcony table. You can enjoy beautiful, serene sunrises right from you balcony. You can stay at one of Hilton Head Island's premier resort Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort. It is family oriented with the largest ocean front pool on the island, a beach-pool cafe, ice cream stand in the summer, and easy access to the beach. This is one of the closest villas to the beach entrance. During the summer, there are 3 restaurants at the resort, movie pool nights, games and fun pool activities throughout the week. There are tennis and pickle ball courts with a tennis pro on site There are bike rentals at the resort, and golf is just a mile away at Port Royal Golf Club. You can enjoy riding bikes on the beach or the 50+ miles of bike trails on Hilton Head Island. It just doesn't get better than this. Please be advised that e-bikes are not allowed in the community. Includes 1 free parking pass. Additional passes are available for $35 each. Plan ahead - Our 2025 fall and winter promotions are in effect! Book 3 nights and get the 4th free, from September 2 through March 1st. Or be a snowbird and book 3 weeks to get the 4th free, from January 1st through March 1st. Holidays are excluded. Make sure to mention the promotion when booking to have the discount applied! Other Things to Note: 1 parking pass is included in the displayed rate. Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25\. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee. The villa was just the right size for the two of us, and the beach and pool were just a short walk from the unit. We flew in, and took a taxi to the unit. But you really need a car at this location. However the Breeze, a free trolley, picks you up at the front of the development, and can take you all over the island, which was a godsend! ##### Diane D. I have two small children and the close proximity to the beach was perfect. We had no issues with checking in and really enjoyed all of the activities and amenities of the resort itself. The couch was uncomfortable, but I have never sat on a pullout couch that wasn’t lol. Nothing to impact our stay at all just something to throw out there in case that is something that is important for a future guest. The place was clean and that is a huge thing for me when I stay somewhere on vacation as I am a little bit of a clean freak. Very happy with our stay. ##### Charley K.
