Beautiful and stylishly remodeled condo just steps from Hilton Head's main beach. Enjoy ocean views from the balcony while in walking distance to Restaurants, Shops and Entertainment. This condo has been completely refreshed and beautiful! The villa comes with bikes, beach chairs and a full kitchen, everything you need for a beach vacation. There is an ice maker that works very efficiency. Keurig combo that you can make a single cup or entire pot. We have direct beach access on the property and just a short walk to Hilton Head's new Celebration Park, wonderful for kids and adults!


We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you, we can leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

We loved our stay in Hilton Head! Kendall was so kind and responsive and even left us sweet treats for our anniversary trip. The location is perfect and the property has all the beach essentials you need - chairs, umbrella, toys, etc. We would book again!

We had a wonderful stay. The location is fabulous, the condo had everything we needed and it was clean. Having the bikes included was a great bonus. I hope we can go back next year!

Perfect stay

The villa is beach front which is perfect. We loved that you can walk or ride bikes on the many trails throughout the island. Perfect distance from Coligny plaza and New Adventure playground. We will definitely be back!

Property and unit were exactly as described. The unit was well stocked with all travel necessities. And the hosts were quick to respond whenever I had a question. We will definitely be staying there the next time we’re in Hilton Head.

Great little spot and location is fantastic

For a family of 4 this was perfect. Just mere steps to the beach. Heck, close enough we could walk down the beach to Coligny Park, grab a bite, and be back on the beach. Unit was just the right size and loved how family friendly this place is.

Property was clean, ready on time and well equipped with all you need for the beach stay. Beach chairs were in great shape - not rusty. Clean sand toys and 2 bikes. Restaurants are within walking or biking distance Definitely will be back and stay there again.

Property is exactly as described. Great 1BR with two small bunks for children. Attentive host and short walk to the beach. Had all the necessary starter supplies which was perfect as we were only there for two nights. Will definitely come back.

We went for a quick trip this past weekend and had an amazing time. The condo was very clean and had all the things we needed during the trip. Great beach access. The owner was very responsive to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

Great vacation Needed a time to get away and change of scenery... Hilton Head is a easy drive from Georgia. Beautiful Island... An excellent little beach trip.

The property was, nice, clean, modern and cozy. Just enough space for my family of 5, but I wouldn't suggest multiple families. Walk straight onto the beach or use one of the included bikes to pedal around the town. The property manager was professional and quick to respond. Overall just a great time.
