This home comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests and is perfect for families traveling with children or multiple couples. The primary suite features a king bed, a smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, smart TV, and its own en-suite bath, providing comfort and privacy for additional guests. Bedroom 3 is ideal for kids and teens, with a twin daybed with trundle, a twin/full bunk bed with trundle, and a smart TV.  
  
14 Kingston Road is fully stocked with everything needed for a carefree vacation, including free WiFi, central A/C, a washer and dryer, linens, towels, and even a portable crib and high chair for families traveling with little ones.  
  
\*The total number of vehicles allowed is 5\. Parking on grass or pine straw is prohibited. 2 passes are included and additional can be purchased AFTER booking for $25 + tax each based on how many vehicles are allowed.  
\*Pool heat available for additional fee (must be arranged before arrival).  
\*2 dogs allowed. $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet.  
\*3-night minimum stay required.

We had such a great stay! The house was in an awesome location and had everything we needed for two families to feel right at home. Super clean, well set up, and the pool was a total highlight for both kids and adults.It’s not really walkable to the beach if you’re hauling all the chairs and gear, but hopping on bikes would be easy and fun. Overall, it was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway and we’d definitely come back!
