    The Space:

    With an open kitchen, a patio with a lagoon view, and access to a children's pool, this Island Club condo has a variety of amenities for you and your family to enjoy. After a long day, you can relax in the property's hot tub or spend some time at one of the on-site fishing lagoons. This villa features beautifully landscaped grounds that lead guests directly to the beach. On the property, you'll also find nine tennis courts, a fitness center, a tanning shelf, and a number of shared pools. Kids will love the zero-entry children's pool, which has a mushroom fountain for them to enjoy.



    This vacation rental has one primary bedroom with a king-size bed and a sleeper sofa. A 50' flatscreen television is available in the living area for you to watch your favorite movies or tune into local channels, and free WiFi is provided so you can easily plan the next day's adventures. After a peaceful night of sleep, you’ll be able to recharge in the walk-in shower before cooking a meal in the kitchen or on one of the gas or charcoal grills in the complex.     There are no elevators in the buildings.



    The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).



    The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Location was very nice and the facility overall was very nice. But this unit is very dated, furniture is old and not comfortable, paint droplets all over the half bath, multiple water stains and peeling drywall. Just was disappointed with it overall.

The Island Club

The area was superbly kept, and we loved the beach access within the neighborhood! The Island Club was centrally located so that we didn’t have a long commute to the shops to the south or to other activites north in Bluffton. We had a great time!

A wonderful stay!

My family had a great stay at this place. We have 2 toddlers & we were worried about the walk to the beach.. it was NOT an issue at all! We were on the edge of the resort & still such a quick, easy walk. There was a laundry set in the kitchen- which was also so nice to have. Would def recommend and go back!
