  • Completely redesigned second floor ocean view villa in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach. Everything in the place is new. Comfy King Bed, beautiful kitchen, stand up shower, new flooring, counter tops and much more. Comes with beach chairs and beach towels. All in walking distance to Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut and the new Celebration Park.

    Located in Seaside Villas, an oceanfront complex located about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza with numerous restaurants, entertainment and shops.

    We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you, we can leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

We loved our stay! The place was exactly as described. The location and beach access was perfect. Quiet, peaceful, comfortable-just what we needed. This place was wonderful! Location is fantastic- clean, cute, and right on the beach and walking distance to the shops and a ton of great restaurants. We rented bikes for a few days to make it even faster to get around and even took them on the beach which was a blast. Host had cute beach themed cookies for us on arrival which was an unexpected bonus and so sweet

Perfect location, good contact with owner. Perfect for one adult couple or a young couple with kids. You do have a floor above you, if it's occupied it will be noisy, sometimes till really late Room was very clean.

This villa is very cozy and worked perfectly for my husband and I! It had everything we needed for comfort and cleanliness with a very cozy ambience. Communication with Kendall was top notch. There are both steps and elevator for your convenience. The laundry is very close to the villa if it’s needed. The pool area is lovely! The path to the ocean is relatively short and the access to and from is great. There is also a picturesque area to sit between the villa and walk to the ocean. We are so glad we chose to stay here while visiting HHI. Very, very wonderful! We hope to be back!

Anniversary weekend getaway

Beautiful unit that was directly on the beach. The location was great because it was convenient to retail shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The bed was super comfortable and had modern decor. Loved the shower after being at the beach all day. Had wonderful stay and will definitely come back.

We loved our stay in Hilton Head. The property is close to many activities in the area. Once we arrived, we biked everywhere we wanted to go. Everything is conveniently located. Nice getaway on the beach

Comfy condo right on the absolutely beautiful Hilton Head beach. We loved the walk ability of the area. Short walk to lots of restaurants and shops in Coligny Center. Very nice!
