Guests will also enjoy access to a sparkling, shared pool and lighted tennis courts.

    Shipyard is an 800-acre gated community conveniently located in the heart of the south end of Hilton Head Island. The complex is just a short walk or bike ride away from the beach, as well as being just a little over a mile from the popular Coligny Plaza Shopping Center.
