Just down the street from the famous Coligny Plaza, with great shops, dining, and all of your grocery needs. Large newly renovated outdoor pool with sundeck and covered pavilion, newly remodeled heated indoor pool and soothing jacuzzi inside large Atrium area. One of the few complexes with both indoor and outdoor pools. Newly added grilling area at outdoor pool.

    Enter the fully equipped new kitchen to prepare all of your favorite meals. All new appliances and furnishings. Master bedroom with queen size bed and European pillow top mattress and plenty of storage space, spacious remodeled full bath with walk in shower. Second bedroom with King size bed and large walk in closet. Comfy queen size sleeper sofa in living room with memory foam mattress, sleeps six comfortably. Great weekend stay

We enjoyed our weekend stay. The condo was close to so much and was the perfect little spot. It had everything we needed. Joe and Joyce left notes about their favorite places to eat etc which was very helpful. I would stay here again!

Great Location

This condo was perfect for our needs. Very clean, very comfortable and well appointed for our stay. The location was excellent. About a 5 minute walk to the beach, about 3 blocks to Coligny Plaza, shopping and restaurants. Bike rentals were nearby as well.

The property was immaculate. The indoor swimming pool was wonderful. At times it was filled with kids but before 10, it was very peaceful, We had a minor problem at check in but the owners got it solved quickly. Everything we needed was provided.

Short stay with the kids

While the hallways of the property give you pause when you first walk in, once you get in the door of the unit you begin to feel much better. The unit was clean and had the standard features for a beach rental. We found the kitchen items useful for preparing our meals. There is the big public beach within a short drive, or a more secluded beach slightly across the street to the right.

We loved the condo. It is very clean and comfortable. Very close to Coligny Park and Beach. Only minutes away from all the attractions on HHI. The indoor and outdoors pools were great amenities to have. I highly recommend this condo. The hosts were great communicators!!

convenient to great beach

we really liked the condo. There was confusion about the property parking pass, but the Stayanchis clarified that for us so that the next tenants wont discard the paper pass wqhich was supposed to stay in the unit. Other than that, the kitchen was complete and the furnishings were very nice.

Spring Break 2023

Great stay, a few things like water shutoffs on two days, power shut off for a few hours causing cable to go out, but worked with owner and cable company to get the cable working again! Would stay again, but would like bikes included with the condo for convenience of biking the island.

The room and amenities were excellent! Very clean and decorated lovely, true to the photos. Actually much roomier than we thought! Host responded quickly and helped us navigate a simple issue. We were within easy walking distance to the beach, shopping, and various restaurants. The beach chairs provided were great and much appreciated! Note: The indoor pool and hot tub were in frequent use by other guests with kids, but that is to be expected during high tourist season. Nonetheless, it was a wonderful stay and we highly recommend to others who want to vacation in the area!

This condo was conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and the beach. I would recommend this unit to anyone. How was the most wonderful person to work with. The property we were originally renting had some recenPMt water damage and was not available so he kindly offered us one of his other properties which was larger for the same orice. He was so willing to work with us to ensure that our vacation went as planned. I truly enjoyed working with him.

Very Nice Rental/Close to Coligny Plaza

The condo is very nice. The washer and dryer have been upgraded to full size appliances. All other photos are accurate. The condo is comfortable and centrally located. You can walk to Coligny Plaza, restaurants, shops and the beach. (We enjoyed the beach chairs that were provided!) Joyce provided easy to understand instructions on check-in along with good restaurant suggestions and things to do. Joe was very timely on getting back with us when we reached out. We had a great time at HHI.

A Great time

Had a great time in Hilton Head last week...While the building itself is rather old, the condo was nicely remodeled inside - very clean and well stocked. It was a great size for our family of three. The bed in bedroom was very comfortable, however my only complaint would be that the sofa bed was not so comfortable. The location was great...easy 5 minute walk to beach and shops at Coligny Plaza. Many nearby restaurants and cafes, lots to do. Joe and Joyce were very good to deal with...always answered question/calls promptly and resolved a minor issue we had very quickly. We would not hesitate to stay here again :)
