The location of this condo was absolutely perfect for my our family of 4 vacation. We rode our bikes to the beach, to the firework show, down Sea Lane, and just about everywhere else. *We did actually drive our equipment to the beach and park at the dune house because we brought too much beach stuff to take over on our bikes or walk with a wagon (We set up for the day). We also had a lovely view of the fazio golf course right out. The living room windows as well as from the upstairs bedroom.The kitchen was well stocked as I cooked most of our meals. And I had everything I needed to boil, bake, toast, roast, and serve. The dishwasher, washing machine, & dryer were greatly used and appreciated throughout our stay.The back porch had a great place to rinse off your beach equipment and sand without tracking it in side. It could use some updates throughout the rental but for our purposes it served us well.

The property is really dated needs some TLC! Bricks out on the top step of the porch plus there were lots of weeds growing in the bricks as well. The inside portion of the door lock was about fall off of the door. Only two wash cloths in the entire CONDO PLUS THE FREEZER handle felt as if was going fall off.
