This property has an amazing view of the ocean. It was very clean, located close to fantastic local restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. We were only there for a few days, but would definitely stay again if we were in the Hilton Head area.

Being in the beach and seeing the views each AM, day and evening!! Great photo opportunity for everyone!! Babies enjoyed the pool, because of the rain that rolled in for two days. But they were happy, happy children! Balcony views were to die for!

I don't think the pictures accurately depicted this place. It was way better than the pictures show. You should really take more pictures of the view It was amazing.!! The location was amazing! We never had to start our car from the moment we parked it until we left. Restaurants and All kind of shopping, including grocery in walking distance,a lot of them 500ft. or less. We have stayed several places in Hilton head in the past year. Stayed in sea pines at Christmas and paid a lot more. Will definitely go back to this location every time we go to Hilton head if it's available.

This property was in a great location. Just a very short walk to the beach, great ocean view. Across the street are many shops and restaurants and a grocery store. You could actually never have to get back in your car your whole stay. The only drawback to this property is that it has a very small bathroom vanity. It would have been nice if there was a mirror somewhere else in the house close to an electrical outlet so I could be drying my hair while my husband was showering. The building itself is older, but they have maintained this unit well. The info online says there wasn't an elevator but it does have an elevator.

The room was fine. The furniture is a little dated but comfortable enough. Breakers is in a great location. Close to all the shopping and restaurants. The view of the ocean from the balcony is beautiful but they really need to put some fresh patio furniture (especially a table) out there. We went and bought a fold out table for our stay there. I would stay at Breakers again.

As far as location goes it is very convenient to Coligny plaza and all the shops and dining. Of course the view from the balcony is also great! The condo itself needs a lot of updating and a better deep cleaning. Also, you have to remember location is convenient but Coligny is a public beach which will bring in a lot of traffic to the beach. Likely would not come back to this condo unless it had been updated.

Great Place - No internet and no TV

This would be a great place and location except the internet didn't work and the TV didn't work. The cable modem only put out 3 MBPS. We unplugged the modem twice and the speed never increased and would drop to less than 1 MBPS. The TV was pixelated, and sound came in and out. Clearly the owner has not invested in the internet. Overall a good place but we would not come back until the internet is fixed to standards expected in today's world.

The best thing was it had a king size bed but the far side had about 9 inches between the wall and bed and made it difficult to get in and out of bed. When we did a load of towels the washer made a horrible noise and there was water running down the walls during the use of the dryer. If my wife used the highest setting of her blow dryer it would set off the smoke detector. Unit needs a major renovation.

This villa was horrible. The toilet seat was chipped, the tub was dingy & scratched, the linen on the bed was filthy, linen on couch bed was stained, and the cloth bar stools were stained, and hated our stay there. Only had a 1/2 roll of toilet paper. The villa needs to be updated. The paint was old and dirty. The view of the ocean was the only thing decent about this unit and it was a 2nd floor view. There is a step up to enter the unit. I tripped and stomped my toe. Major trip hazard. The bed room is way too small for a King size bed. The The unit has no closet space. The granite counter tops in the kitchen is from the 1990's. Cheap decor. My husband and I stayed one night and checked out. We would have been more comfortable sleeping in our car. It ruined our vacation.

It's all about the great location !

The proximity to beach and Coligny was really nice and the complex had great security to keep an eye on intruders and the parked cars of guests. Bathroom acceptable ---the bedroom had only 4" space on each side but it was clean.

Perfect Location

If you're looking for a condo with the ideal location, this is it! Look no further! Walking distance to shops and restaurants, bike path is right outside and you are OCEANFRONT! The condo was just fine, nothing fancy, but we wanted to be near the action so we chose this condo for its location. Our teenage son slept on the pull-out couch, so it accommodated 3 of us. Pool area is great. I highly recommend this condo for its location.

It was a pretty nice place.been nice if the elevator worked on our end.needs a little work it had some drawer pulls missing and 1 cabinet door also the coffee table was coming apart when I moved it for the sofa bed.it needs a little work but I would stay again.alot of shops and restaurants near by u can walk 2
