The villa includes a cozy, separate bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious combined living and dining area—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

    For additional sleeping space, you’ll find a comfortable sofa sleeper and two adorable bunk beds in the hallway, perfect for small children. The villa also features tile flooring throughout, making it both stylish and easy to maintain.

    Step outside to your private balcony, where you can enjoy beautiful ocean views while sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Stay connected with complimentary high-speed WiFi, and make the most of your vacation with all the comforts of home.

    Seaside Villas offers convenient coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor of the building.

    Situated just 70 yards from the beach on the south end of Hilton Head Island along South Forest Beach Drive, Seaside Villa is ideally located. You’re just a short stroll from the vibrant Coligny Plaza, where you can explore shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

Nice stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed this past week and the unit was nice. I would recommend new couches as those are not comfortable at all and trying to even sleep on them was not really possible. The bathroom was extremely nice. The bed is okay as well but is very soft. Overall the unit was fine for the week, we had a good time. The office staff for vacation time was top notch! Those ladies were so sweet, friendly and helpful!!!
