    The Space:

    This beautifully renovated, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo features stunning ocean views. Wood flooring spans the property with tile flooring in the recently renovated bathroom. The living area is comfortably furnished with a new sleeper sofa, a dining table and chairs, flat screen TV, free WiFi, and access to the private balcony with ocean views. The kitchen features stainless appliances and granite countertops.



    The bedroom features a brand new queen mattress, and there are additional built-in bunk beds in the hallway. The bathroom features a tub/shower combination. After a day of exploring the island, relax in front of the electric fireplace.



    Please note, there is no washer/dryer in the villa; there are coin-operated facilities located onsite. At Hilton Head Beach & Tennis, you can enjoy the beach, the complex pool, tennis courts, and several dining options! Bike trails are right outside the gate, and lead to many of the other sites that the island has to offer.

Unit is small, comfortable for my wife and myself. A little crowed when we had friends stay. A little dated, I wouldn't say "beautifully renovated". What makes this condo is the balcony and the view of the ocean and the beach is a short walk.

Apartment is a short walk from the beach and gated, so seems very secure and quiet. It has a reasonably good view of the ocean for its proximity to the beach. Very nicely decorated. Balcony door needs some work to open better, but otherwise a great stay.

Small, but cozy

We found the accommodations to be very pleasing, albeit a little small. It was pretty humid in the unit, but the weather was nice enough to leave the balcony door open, which helped. It was very clean and comfortable and the location was very close to the pool and the beach. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

The condo has roaches and a bait station box under the sink. Patio door is heavy I have pics and video of a roach crawling across the counter. The property apologized and they didn’t have a solution. They gave me a blank email link to send them the video. Also you have to put in longer than your social security # to get in the door which is so annoying. The bed is very hard and the plug in sockets don’t work behind the bed or the couch wall. A bit outdated for the furniture but!!!! The tiki bar and sports bar onsite are great pool is wonderful but the beach is not private it’s packed!!!! No ice maker either parking is not the best and it gets full quick very over crowds for a hhi resort counters are dark so watch out for the bug’s oven was a bit crusty we didn’t use all in all a fair 3 stars. Oh we called the hall outside the hallway to h3ll it was miserable hot

Great Family Friendly Rental

Such and amazing place to bring the whole family. The property was amazing and offered lots to do for all ages, beach access was easy, and it was so nice to have a place to grab food and a beverage right by the ocean. Would def stay again!
