This cozy condo features a brand new King bed in the bedroom and a new style (no bars) fold out sleeper sofa in the living room, full standing tiled shower and all new beautiful flooring throughout. Roku Smart TV's in both rooms and a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. A perfect getaway just steps to the beach and Bikes and Beach Chairs are included!

    Seaside Villas is not pet friendly, the management company is very strict and there are $500.00 fees per day per pet.

    We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We can leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

Kendall’s Seaside Villa was amazing! The location was perfect — so close to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean anytime. The villa was comfortable, peaceful, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing vacation. We truly enjoyed our stay and made wonderful memories. Highly recommend Kendall’s Seaside Villa for anyone looking for a quiet beach getaway!

Host (property manager) kept me week informed. Available bicycles was nice, but bikes were old, rusty, and in need of care. We liked the u Detroit car ports, short walk to beach, and walking/bike trails. Condo was well equipped, a little outdated, but very acceptable.

Perfect Getway

This unit is perfect for a single or couple looking for a vacation on the beach. The location doesn’t get any better! And the unit has everything you need. I’ve stayed at Seaside twice in the past year and can’t wait till my next trip. Stop looking and book here!

Great Little Getaway

We had everything we needed - beach chairs, bikes, etc. It was a walk across the parking lot to get to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and our balcony. Great communication with the property management! Very welcoming!

Location to the beach and Coligny plaza was great. You can walk to bars and restaurants if you wish. Having access to bikes was fun also. This condo would be great if you lived within driving distance and wanted to bring your own beach gear and cooler etc. there are no extras in this apt. No plastic wrap or ziploc baggies, umbrella, ice packs, etc. We did not attempt cooking dinner but there were a few pots and pans. We rented beach chairs and umbrella as the chairs available were rusty and not very comfortable. The ac doesn’t cool the bedroom if you sleep hot. There is a ceiling fan. Overall we had a good week!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was in a perfect location, was spotless, and had everything we could possibly need. The hosts were fantastic friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience seamless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
