The lagoon is literally right off the back deck. In fact, we had an alligator “visit” us a couple of times as we were eating lunch out back. Beach is close by, and the walk over is easy even with a beach wagon. The home is well-equipped but needs replacement bedding/pillows and repairs (hole in ceiling of downstairs bathroom).
