THE SETTING: At 8 Laughing Gull, getting to the beach couldn't be much easier. Step out the side door and you'll have your toes in the sand just a few minutes later, making early morning walks, spontaneous afternoon swims, and evening trips to the beach part of the everyday routine. The Sea Pines Beach Club is also less than a ten-minute walk or five-minute bike ride away, while Harbour Town, South Beach Marina, golf, dining, shopping, and miles of bike paths are all easily accessible.

THIS HOME IS IDEAL FOR: Families, couples traveling together, and friends looking for comfortable accommodations exceptionally close to the beach. PETS: Well-behaved small and medium-sized dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $350 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs. Labradors and other oily-coated breeds are not permitted. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated whenever left unattended. Traveling without a pet? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this Nest.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Step out the side door and you'll have your toes in the sand in approximately two to three minutes. The Sea Pines Beach Club is also less than a ten-minute walk or approximately five minutes by bike. From the day after Labor Day through mid-March, overnight guests may park directly at the Beach Club.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, a deposit of 25% of the total reservation amount, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected, is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies may differ; please inquire for details. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
