Pest Control
All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
Minimum age of 25 required for primary guest. No Smoking. Our pet-friendly home has a few house rules regarding pets: No pets on furniture, and please clean up after your dog. Sweep up pet hair before departure. Dogs only, no cats allowed.
Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the house or move it from one room or floor to another. Do not move deck furniture from upper deck to pool or lower deck areas.
