  • This Sea Pines private oasis meets every need for your vacation with family or friends. One of the largest private pools in Sea Pines looks out over the serene tidal marsh and the beach is 0.4 mile away. Pool heater is available in cooler months.

    The 5 bedroom home welcomes up to 12 guests with a less than 5 minute bike ride or 8 minute walk to an uncrowded beach. On the main level you will find multiple large living spaces.

    The entryway leads you to the first living room with comfortable seating and a 65" TV. From here you can view the large bright dining area. The kitchen is a chef's dream with gas range, granite counter tops, large island with seating for 4, convection oven, warming drawer, stainless refrigerator and bonus standalone freezer that helps minimize trips to the grocery. The kitchen leads to another living/game area with huge sectional, large tv, game/dining table for four. The dining room holds a large table with seating for 8 or add chairs for extra seating.
    You can enjoy your coffee or evening cocktails on the screened porch with comfortable lounging and high top dining table. The large back deck is the perfect place to soak in the sun and prepare dinner on the gas grill. (Also, keep an eye out for deer who usually make an appearance each evening.). The expansive pool deck includes multiple loungers, dining table and umbrella. It includes one of the larger private pools in the area.

    Downstairs you will also find a beautifully decorated King suite bedroom and bathroom.

    Upstairs are the additional 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and laundry room.

    1 King - The private King suite includes large seating area including two comfortable club chairs and separate desk area. The ensuite bathroom includes double vanities, walk-in dual head shower and multiple closets for storage.

    Extras include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable, and a dry bar. High speed internet makes it easy for work if you have to!

    Parking is available for up to five cars in the driveway.

    Gate/vehicle passes are required to gain access to Sea Pines and are available for purchase upon arrival at the security gate for $10 for a daily pass or $30 for a weekly pass per vehicle.

This house was perfect for our two families to stay! The house was very clean, the space was perfect, and the kitchen had everything you needed to make and serve homemade meals. The best part of the house was the pool! Our kids spent the morning until night swimming and hanging out around the pool! We loved the location of the home. It was on a quiet street, but so close to the beach! We biked to the beach daily. Great house and location!!

The house has easily been one of my favorite stays in sea pines. You get space for a large family or multiple families. It’s toddler safe. You have a pool with a heater. A large deck. Grill. Well apportioned kitchen. And a morning view of grass and marsh and rabbits and deer and herons. Really quite the delight. And to top it off, the Crows are really quite nice in working with you and making sure things are right.

Wonderful stay and was perfect for our family with 6 adults and 5 kids 7 years old and under. The pool is absolutely wonderful, and we decided was a must for the stay with all the kids. The walk to the beach is short and having a bike rental made it even shorter. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the built-in outdoor propane grill was also great. We made most of our meals at home and never thought we needed any additional equipment that wasn't already there. There was plenty of space to spread out as a family into the different rooms and the pictures are all accurate of the spaces. The screened in porch was also a favorite of the kids and adults. Communication with the owner and the host was very prompt and the very minor issues we had were resolved immediately. If you are looking for a stay in Sea Pines, we highly recommend this home.

Wonderful Family Vacation Home

Three generations came together and celebrated a wonderful Thanksgiving week together. The heated pool was amazing, and the perfect backdrop for very special memories. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The location was perfect to enjoy all the island has to offer. I am sure we will be back!

Wonderful Vacation!

The home was exactly as described. It was clean, the pool was a big hit with the kids, and it was a perfect distance to both South South Beach and Harbor Town. The owner and property manager were both extremely responsive to questions and resolved anything we needed as quickly as possible. Highly recommend for you vacation to Hilton Head!

Beautiful and comfy

The house was clean, spacious and beautiful! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The beds were great for sleep. There are 2 living rooms which was very good for our group. We used one for a playroom for the 4 kids, ages 8 months to 4.5 year old.We ate dinner 4 times at home. The kitchen was totally designed for that. Publix was very close by, a 5 minute drive.The pool was heated very nicely and the kids and us enjoyed it immensely! The beach was probably a 5-8 minute walk through the neighborhood and great for the kids. Ocean water was warm. We would stay here again!

Review of the Crow's Nest

This is our 4th visit to the Crow's Nest. Obviously, we love it. This wonderful home gets better with each visit. The location is perfect. Short walk to the beach and quick access to other venues. The house is lovely, fresh, and includes a fully equipped kitchen (with modern appliances) and many other amenities. The outdoor space includes a pool, large deck and porch for enjoying the serene landscape. Deborah, the property manager, was very accessible and responsive to questions. Highly recommend!!

Perfect for our family. Grandparents, and our 2 daughters and their young children. We were able to spend out in all the indoor and outdoor spaces. House was so clean. Loved having 2 refrigerators and commercial washing machine. The pool was so nice and clean and the pool deck and seating much larger than expected. We had a big storm and the pool was promptly cleaned of all debris. Deborah the property manager was so helpful and available. We had a great time! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

New Year in Hilton Head

My family stayed at this property for 7 nights over New Years to get away from the cold of the north. It’s a beautiful property and was consistent with all the pictures posted. The location is fantastic, a short bike ride to bars/restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. There’s lots of green space off of the back deck and we saw lots of wildlife (my kids were very excited to see a stag). The neighborhood is quiet, which is exactly what we were looking for. It’s a big house but has nice separation for larger groups with the two living areas. The master suite has an attached office which works nicely. Host was very proactive reaching out and making suggestions of things to do in the area. We paid to have the pool heated and the host clearly started the heating process long before we arrived since it was toasty warm despite it being late December. The only con was the fireplaces not being available to use by guests - a minor detail in an otherwise perfect rental. Would absolutely rent this property again and recommend to friends that are looking for a rental in Hilton Head.

Perfect setting for a multigenerational family vacation

We just returned from our stay at the Crows Nest and our boys (ages 11, 8, and 6) are already asking when we can go back! The layout of the home was the perfect setup for a week's stay with my parents (in their 70s), my sister and her family (2 year and 3 month old) and my family. Enough living spaces for separate activities, for example the card table to work on a 500 piece puzzle and area for kids to watch movies, another living area for my parents to quietly read the newspaper in the mornings over coffee, and covered patio to listen to the rain while rocking a little one. We enjoyed the kitchen eat-in area to make the little people pancakes, and big dining room table for evening meals.The gas grill was fantastic and received high marks from those in charge of grilling each night. The location of the Crows Nest was just perfect. Great idea for anyone visiting to rent bikes for the week and one bike with detachable equipment cart. Super convenient to bike to the beach (5 min tops), also Harbour Town and Salty Dog from the Crows Nest! We rented 2 beach chairs and an umbrella fo the week and between this and all the gear already at the Crows Nest, we had plenty of items for our pool and beach needs. We all agreed the pool is the best we've had while renting homes in Sea Pines. Deborah the house manager is super responsive and attentive to guests' needs. April the house owner is also very responsive and I enjoyed our email exchanges. We made wonderful memories!

We had a fabulous week at the Crows nest. Having 2 large sitting areas with tvs really worked out well for our crew. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. I also liked the configuration of the bedrooms upstairs - they were buffered from any tv noise downstairs. The walk to the beach was a little farther than I expected but the marsh views, back yard, and pool area made up for that. Saw deer and other wildlife in the evenings. April was very attentive and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and seafood. Would definitely rent again!

Great house at an amazing location. It is on a quiet street that is a small bike ride to the beach. The backyard backs up to a private marsh area so you have complete privacy. The pool was a delight especially since it is cleaned twice a week. The house was well furnished/ stocked with everything we needed. It was also easy to bike in this area. We would rent this house again !
