Pool was great and was very private in the backyard. Only issue with the pool is that it gets dirty very easily due to all of the trees around it. Keeping a pool vacuum at the house would be a bonus so tenants can clean themselves if they wanted to. Pool is only cleaned twice a week, and was dirty when we arrived even though they had it cleaned that day. Air conditioner broke when we were there, but the property manager was able to get someone out that same night and had it fixed. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. ##### Brandy W. It literally took us just 1 minute to walk to the beach, and the house is on such a quiet street that you would never know you're only a 3 minute drive to Coligny. The pool is also great for dogs with a large baja deck. The patio and deck are both spacious and offer plenty of privacy. There's also a good grill always stocked with propane. The location is excellent with the beach being a very short walk. There's plenty of room inside as well. The kitchen is pretty well stocked, and it's nice to have 2 full size refrigerators. The TV's now all have Roku's, so it's easy to connect on streaming. We also enjoy the screened in porch. The property management is also very responsive if you ever need anything. And it also comes with bikes and beach chairs. Overall, we're always very happy with this house, and will stay here again. ##### Mike K. The oven stopped working but the rental company was prompt with their response and sent someone out to look at it. The ants and mosquitos were so bad out back by the pool, I would suggest some regular pest control.
