About this property

On the beach 183 SeaSide Villas

  • Fantastic updated tropical retreat at the island's South End. First floor unit was recently remodeled with new paint, sofa, mattresses, wood flooring, beadboard ceiling, and bathroom. The kitchen has been updated to include more counter space and storage. This unit is kept immaculately by the owner and is absolutely adorable.

    It features 2 televisions (large flat screen in living room) with a Dvd/Vcr in the living room and wireless internet service. Sliding glass doors from the living area open up to an outside balcony where one can enjoy the sea breezes. An elevator is available from the ground level, under the building, parking garage. There is a community coin-operated laundry facility just down the hall.

    You are just steps to the beach and swimming pools. Seaside is a short walk to Coligny Plaza for dining, shopping and entertainment and the new Lowcountry Celebration Park. This the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or golf vacation.
