We have rented houses and villas in Sea Pines for more than 25 years and this house was one of our favorites! Great location in Greenwood Forest for beach, biking, golf and relaxing. A nice community pool, tennis/pickle and playground just a short walk from the house. Nicely furnished home, very clean, nice kitchen and baths, great TVs and relaxing sofas. This house was perfect for all of us. It was very clean and had everything we could have needed for the house. Lots of space in the house for us to spread out. Perfect location for morning walks to Harbor Town and we never had problems finding parking at the beach. Welcome basket was very nice. The layout was perfect, with a large kitchen area, ideal for preparing meals together. The kitchen was equipped with everything and anything you might need. The adjoining living area was great for chilling and reading or watching movies together on the massive screen \[My Mom had never seen Forrest Gump, which was fun given that some of the film was set in the general area\].
