One of the best units in the Evian complex, this immaculate and serene Shipyard villa is perfect for your next adventurous getaway with its quick bike ride to the Atlantic Ocean. The cheerful foyer leads you pass the delightful nook, which is the perfect spot for dealing a hand of cards or sipping on some freshly brewed coffee before beginning your day. The T-shaped kitchen in all its "chicness" offers, granite countertops, all-white appliances, and lots of cabinet space to store groceries while everyone helps in making the family’s traditional, vacation recipes. Just off the kitchen is the dining room offering seating for 4. Encourage your friends to “whine” a little and stop by the wet bar to get a glass filled with their favorite beverage before they make their way over to the comfy living room, with its three piece seating group and flat screen television. Housed on the back deck is a table with fours chairs, cozy enough for dining, having a poker night, or star gazing into the galaxy. Great views of the lagoon will delight you and your family! Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom with regal decor and a beautiful bay window that overlooks the Hilton Head’s lush landscape.
