Steps To The Beach And Pool! Great Location with over 100 5-star reviews!!

  • Non-Smoking villa features a Master bedroom with queen size bed, and adjoining bath. Two bunk beds built into the hallway (can close door to separate the living room). Living room with queen sleeper, 55" Flatscreen HDTV and Wi-Fi for the rainy days. Kitchen with microwave, range, and refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffeemaker. Dining Table seats four.
    This is a 1st floor unit only steps away from parking and only 8 steps to the unit. You are only 100 yards to the beach or pool.
    The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!
    This is a owner operated unit, please feel free to contact me about any more details or questions!

    NEW STARTING JANUARY 1, 2024: The complex now charges $35 per pass that is good for your entire stay, but keep this in mind if you request more than 1 pass. This will be part of the rental fee, listed as parking.
