  • Welcome to Seaside Villas 331 - Your Coastal Escape with Stunning Ocean Views!

    This beautifully remodeled 1-bedroom, 1-bath unit, updated in 2020, offers fantastic ocean views from both the living area and private balcony. Located just steps from the beach, this villa is a perfect retreat.

    The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator.

    The bedroom boasts a new king-size bed and ample storage with a large chest of drawers. The newly remodeled bathroom (2021) features a stylish walk-in shower. Throughout the villa, you'll find elegant wood-look tile flooring.

    A standout feature of this unit is its dual-zone climate control – a rarity at Seaside Villas. Enjoy personalized comfort with separate air conditioning systems for the living room/kitchen and the bedroom, unlike many units with a single, less effective wall unit.

    Accommodating up to 4 guests, the villa includes a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room.

    Seaside Villas offers convenient coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor of the building.

    Seaside Villas is situated on the south end of Hilton Head Island along South Forest Beach Drive, just a short walk from the vibrant Coligny Plaza. The oceanfront property is approximately 70 yards from the water.
