"The staff was great.
Hallway smelled odd, rooms could use some updating/DEEEEEP cleaning. Stained carpets, sink had ground beef in drain. Room smelled much better than hallway.
If you want a cheap stay and don't care too much, not bad. But if I had my kids I would have found a different place."
"The website offered a pool and free breakfast included. When we arrived it had neither. The carpets were filthy, the bathtub had no means to plug the tub and was dirty. The internet offered did not work. This hotel chain had apparently recently been purchased and is undergoing reno. I think it's bad business to continue using the facilities in a state of despair while undergoing reno. It should be closed during reno. And it is false advertisement to offer amenities that are not truly available....

Marriott at the University of Dayton
10/10 Excellent
"My room was handicap equipped with a large bathroom, great shower, and grab bars. The bed was comfortable and had 4 long soft pillows. The room had a coffee maker and fridge, and they resupplied the coffee every day without me having to ask! Really enjoyed my 3 day stay and will stay there again next time I'm in Dayton."

"The house was very clean and orderly. The backyard was so amazing. The neighborhood is walkable and has a little park not far away. We were very comfortable in the front bedroom with the queen bed. The upstairs desk space was perfect for my work meetings. Would absolutely stay again."

"We came to town for my daughter's basketball tournament. This house was perfect for us during our time in Dayton. The house was very clean, we all had plenty of space and it is very well furnished with kitchen items. The entire house was very cute and warm feeling. Beds were comfy and the showers had great water pressure. We had a very nice time playing games and having being able to cook our own food and not eat out a lot. I loved the lights in the kitchen that are motion sensored and the basement lights along the walls, great idea! My daughter loved the upstairs bedroom and vanity area, felt like her own little apartment up there. Very cute and quite neighborhood and the location was perfect for us. I would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Dayton. Thank you so much for sharing you're beautiful home with us and being very responsive to my message. "
"The property was in a nice location and the house is small and quaint. It was comfortable and met the needs of our three guests. It definitely does have a unique perfumy scent and every once in a while you get the whiff of some previous pet. The backyard was also pleasant, but we could've done without the neighbors dogs barking at us non-stop. "
"Our stay was great! The place looks new and was very clean, very comfortable and easy access. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom has no outlets to do your hair or anything. They didn't have soap, shampoo or any bath products except softsoap on the sink. Towels were very nice. Didn't really like the parking on the narrow street either but it worked and nothing happened so that was good. Overall, it is a very nice place and I would stay again for sure. "
