This professionally designed vacation cabin retreat has an open great room with vaulted ceilings, wood beams and stone fireplace. The great room features custom lighting, a new smart TV and bluetooth sound bar, Bose stereo, and many natural details to make you feel at home. Additionally, Lark Lodge offers dining for six and a spacious living room, which opens onto the screened porch. The well-appointed kitchen and stainless steel gas grill provide the perfect combination for a night of entertaining or a nice meal with the family. For those who prefer some quiet time or like to make the most of a rainy day, choose a board game or browse the wireless internet from any location you choose. This private rental cabin boasts two master suites, each with its own balcony, King-sized bed, smart TV and private bathroom. Each room features Egyptian cotton sheets, warm quilts and down comforters. A bonus loft-nook sports a twin-sized bed at the top of the stairs. Pets must be approved and a pet fee is required.\* \[All of the homes managed by Highlands Vacation Rentals have wifi internet access(speeds may vary based on different providers), basic kitchenware & dishes, linens provided, and a starter set of amenities including: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom + A set of personal shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap (also per bathroom), 2 paper towel rolls, a few kitchen trash bags, a kitchen sponge, some dish soap and a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. \] CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy (effective for bookings confirmed after April 1, 2024) is outlined below: For reservations that are 21 days or less, A reservation cancelled ( by email receipt ) between 0 - 45 days prior to arrival is not eligible for a refund. It was just 5 minutes from downtown Highlands but was so secluded. The decor is gorgeous and felt like home with all the necessities you need. We spent lots of time by the wood burning fireplace playing games or sitting on the porch swing taking in the fresh mountain air. The only downside was the TV was a bit old and slow and took forever to respond to the remote. There weren't many channels or any netflix options. But that was ok for us since we spent our time on the porches or playing games/puzzles provided by the rental company. Overall, an incredible stay! We would definitely stay again! ##### Jennifer F.
