Even had a bear in the backyard one day! Can’t really think of any downsides. It was great for our family of 3\. 2 adults and a 2 year old. Given the daybed/trundle in bedroom 2, not sure how comfortable it would be for 4 given the second bedroom is small. Overall great, great stay.
