Pets must be pre-approved. An additional non-refundable pet fee is required and is not included in the rental fee. Please call our office for approval and to pay the pet fee. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $1000.00 fine. Only adults (25 years old and older) may reserve this property and an adult must occupy the property at all times. This home has exterior cameras for security purposes. Just minutes from Main Street Highlands, you’re close to top restaurants, shops, and attractions. Enjoy hiking, waterfalls, and nearby adventure spots, or unwind at the Old Edwards Inn and Spa. Main Level: This 5-bedroom, 3-bath mountain lodge sits on almost 2 acres with stunning mountain views. The main level features the primary suite with a king bed, mountain views, and a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower and freestanding bathtub. Two additional bedrooms are also on this level: one with a queen bed and mountain views, and the other with two sets of bunk beds. These bedrooms share a newly renovated bathroom with a shower/tub. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an oversized island and a dining area. Step outside to the back deck for outdoor dining and relaxation. Lower Level: The lower level serves as the entertainment hub with a game room, featuring a 65-inch TV, a foosball table, and a Buck Hunter Pro arcade. This level also has two additional bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with a queen—and a newly renovated bathroom. The cozy lounge area is perfect for movie nights or family gatherings. Outdoor Spaces: Step from the living room onto the screened-in porch, where ample seating invites the whole family to unwind in comfort, accompanied by the warmth of a cozy wood-burning fireplace. The adjoining deck offers two dining tables, giving you the option to enjoy a meal surrounded by the protection of the screened porch or dine al fresco, fully immersed in the beauty of the natural surroundings. \*Owners Note\* After a decade of staying in Highlands with my wife, and now our 3 children, we did a crazy thing and bought a mountain lodge. It has turned out to be one of the best decisions we've ever made. It truly gives us a piece of our hearts back each time we visit. We enjoy quality time and making lasting memories. Spring, Summer and Fall are all wonderful times to visit Highlands. There's lots of beautiful hikes, waterfalls, shopping, restaurants, gem mining, swimming holes, and the local rec center has an indoor pool and playground for younger children to enjoy.
