These acres are protected by a conservation easement held by the Highlands Cashiers Land Trust. The Highlands/Cashiers are offers shops, chamber music, Summer Theater, mountains to climb, golf courses, tennis, hiking trails, swimming lakes, super sights to photograph and paint plus great places to dine. The cabin has two full baths, four single and two queen size beds in four bedrooms (two queen beds and bedrooms are on ground floor), and a balcony overlooking living room and large stone fireplace (uses real logs). All natural wood and many windows, kitchen updated in 2017: granite and tile, dishwasher, new stove, new fridge, built in microwave. AND the master bedroom has clothes washer/ dryer! BOTH BATHROOMS FULLY UPDATED with tile, and granite counters. There is a covered porch and a patio with an outdoor firepit. Instead of being concerned over my elderly aunt walking down to the waterfall should be concerned over cold house and no heat al all in either bathroom! Speaking of the waterfall--if you have great eyesight (which my 90 year old aunt no longer has) you can a TINY white spot from the porch. You can hear it well. Nice updated kitchen.
