"The hotel is great and our stay was pleasant. Our room was clean but the shower tub wasn't. It has to be deep cleaned along with the shower walls. We were on 9th floor and wanted ice in the middle of the night and had to either go to 7th or 12th floor for that since there is no ice in every floor. Last thing we noticed was that they don't clean the room every day. They do it every three days unless you request with 24 hours in advance. We will come back! Thanks"

"It was a clean motel, which probably reflects on being overpriced. You will also have to pay a fee nightly to park near the Graduate Motel. Otherwise you can park across the block in a parking ramp, which also costs. My family stayed down the street at The Hampton for a cheaper cost and they had breakfast included with their stay."

"Hotel was perfect for me and my kids. It had lots of mirrors to get ready and a cute little seating area.s Taff was so nice. We loved it."

"The hotel over booked rooms so we had to settle for a smaller bed that didn't work for us after I had already prepaid. If I had known they would do that I would not have stayed here it was extremely unprofessional. Our room had no hand soap and drawers left open."

"They had us down for two rooms, which I did not reserve. A couple who was there with us, arranged their own room and I knew that. So I want to know how Expedia had me down for two rooms. I need a refund from Expedia NOT from Hilton. I will be calling Expedia for an explanation and a refund."
