"I was surprised - very bare bones. Cool history but No AC, no smart TV, more dorm room than hotel room. Didn’t feel Like we could walk anywhere. Slept find and bed comfy enough, clean enough. But I would not recommend and would not go back."

"Great downtown location with friendly staff in a very cool building. Parking is a bit of a ripoff at $38/day but I suppose it might be worth it on weekdays. I was there on the weekend and parking is only $5/day with no in/out. We were only in and out a couple of times a day so it would’ve been cheaper to just pay $5 each time. "

"I was disappointed with our stay at Embassy Suires. Our family had 2 rooms. My adult children and grandson stayed in one room with a king bed and pull out couch. When it was time to get ready for bed they noticed the pull out couch had to bedding and bedding, blankets, sheets no where to be found. They called the front desk to request bedding and they said they woukd deliver some. No one showed. My grandson had to use a towel as a blanket. Buyer beware. If you get a room with pull out, checkfor bedding and best get it youtseld instead of waiting for someone to bring it. "

"Our room wasn’t quite clean to our expectations.. small black curly hairs were found on the bathroom sink and in the bedding. Dirt build up in all the corners of the room. Surface areas didn’t seem to be cleaned. Walls were quite beat up. Shower was all out of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Staff was pleasant, breakfast was ok. "

"Every time I stay here, almost everything is always perfect! Only complaints might be parking & access to floors 5+ require you to take 2 elevators."
