Stayed 5 nights asked assistant manager for house keeping one time and they didn’t even clean the room, had to go and ask for clean towels and more supplies. Breakfast was perfect hot and well taken care of/ clean and the lady working it very friendly.

We were very happy with our accomodations. If I had to get super picky, the bathroom was small, but the space on the room more than compensated for that. The staff was super helpful, breakfast was better than expected and accommodated dietary restrictions and picky eaters alike. If we are ever in the area again, I would consider staying here again!

Check-in staff were professional and welcoming. The room itself was updated and large. Upon arriving to the room it smelled faintly of marijuana. There were also very loud people staying near our room who arrived late at night and did not quiet down until after 1:30 am. There was no breakfast offered in the morning due to breakfast attendants not showing up. The individual working the front desk didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or offer any discount or alternative options.

Overall, I had a very good stay at LivINN Hotel Minneapolis North / Fridley. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly, making for a pleasant experience. One thing to be aware of is that housekeeping is only provided for stays of four or more nights. If you're staying for a shorter visit, you'll need to request fresh towels or other items yourself, which can be a bit inconvenient. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again.
