We were so satisfied with this hotel. The room was large, spotless and extremely well equipped. Many amenities were free of charge. The happy hour on the roof, overlooking the city was delightful. The location in Kyoto is perfect. Most of all, the staff was extremely helpful. I had to go to the hospital for two days in Kyoto and the staff really helped smooth this situation and was so kind upon my return to the hotel. I would rate this hotel a 10+.
