"For the price, it wasn't great. I'm not one to write bad reviews (I have never written a bad review and am not hard to please), but I have to for this one! Walls are VERY thin, could hear everything from the room next to me. My door wouldn't open or close... was extremely tight and had to literally shove it with all my strength. There was also a huge gap under the door. I think my "neighbor" was snorting drugs beside my door when I got there. The backboard of my bed had ugly bare spots where either the paint came off or something banged it up horribly. Some dirt and hair in my sheets and pillow cases, which honestly was expected because it is a pet friendly hotel. No plug for the bathtub and the faucet was about to fall out. My AC unit didn't work. They shut the water off the morning I checked out because there was flooding in the rooms below me, so I wasn't able to brush my teeth or shower. I think basically everything could use an update... The bed was comfy!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home is beautiful, the setting is peaceful, and it comfortably accommodated our multi-generational group of eight. One of our favorite parts was spending time together on the porch with cocktails, breakfast, or just talking, and later sitting around a fire in the backyard. We were in town for a graduation and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy each other’s company after a lot of activity on campus."
