About this property

Downtown Hico home, just steps away from shopping!

  • Kick back and relax in this beautiful and recently remodeled space. Take a short walk to historic Hico and check out the local shops and great local foods . Fun, family friendly indoor climbing facility right down the road! Our home is a three bedroom two bath, with two living areas and a garage that is used for a game room with billiards and ping-pong! Large fenced backyard.

    2 living areas, game room in garage, large fenced backyard and patio. Tons of room to play! 3 bedrooms and spacious fully stocked kitchen.

    We advertise as holding 8 guest as there are 3 queen beds and 1 queen air mattress available. If you need more guests to show on the reservation, for instance children, please contact Ashley and she will help walk you through including the correct amount of guests on the reservation.
