"Incredibly friendly staff when we checked in! I wish I could remember their names (one girl had pretty twist in her hair and another with cute “Harry Potter” glasses) they couldn’t have been more helpful and inviting. Can’t say the same really for who checked us out (blonde and a gentleman that I assume was the manager) but they were nice enough, just seemed bothered to help us try to get our points attached. But definitely didn’t deter our overall experience.. maybe just smile or something lol The room was newly renovated, spacious and clean! Best part- pet friendly! The hotel was quiet and had plenty of parking. Hotel was close enough to restaurants that it wasn’t an ordeal to go out and grab a drink. We will definitely stay again. "
