- Discover this 5-bedroom gem in Hiawassee with a dock on Lake Chatuge. Great for large families. This beautiful 2 level home offers a peaceful retreat for guests, with 2 full kitchens, 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 1 bunk bed and washer and dryer to accommodate everyone comfortably. Enjoy lakefront access with beautiful views of the mountains surrounding Lake Chatuge with an indoor fireplace and outdoor firepit. With a dock and nearby marina, guests can choose to rent boats, jet skis or kayaks for fun on the lake. Our guests enjoy a 10% discount on rentals at YHWATERSPORTS.com with promo code CrescentCove. Enjoy plenty of local eateries and restaurants. Blue Ridge or Helen, GA are only 45 minutes away where lots of fun awaits in either direction. Get a light workout in, or play pool, ping pong or air hockey on our multi-function table at your leisure. Enjoy nearby Pickleball courts and when it's time to unwind enjoy 2 family rooms with large TVs and TVs in all bedrooms except in bedroom 5 (bunk beds). High-speed WiFi AC included. Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn both icemakers off if used and set the thermostat to auto with cool to 78 and heat to 65.
Please place ALL trash in bags & in the green bin. Make sure the lid is closed to prevent animals from getting to the trash. All boxes must be broken down for pickup. Trash pick up is on Thursdays.
Please make sure all doors are locked, including the sliding glass doors and doors leading into the house from the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
