"My only criticisms are (1) Breakfast was limited to yogurt and make-your-own waffles, bread, orange juice and coffee, so no egg or meat options. (2) At 9:30am, so an hour and a half before my 11am checkout time, there was a knock on the door and the door was quickly opened by a man asking if I needed anything before checking out. I felt it was invasive, plus the guy was unapologetic."

"The house was very clean and cute inside. The kitchen was well equipped for our month long stay. The beds were comfortable. We stayed during very hot weather. The house stayed cool without excess use of the air conditioners. The only negative is the parking. The front gravel could possible hold a fourteen foot boat if you are very good at backing up a trailer. Fortunately the neighbor across the street will rent his parking area for a very nominal fee. He also allowed us to potty our dog in the same area (we cleaned up after the dog). All in all, we think this is a very good rental and at a very reasonable price."
