"They did not let us check in on time. Waited close to 2 hours. Room assigned was dirty, smelled like smoking, gum glued in the shower and nothing was clean or vacuumed. We waited for almost 2 days for housekeeping to come. Then they assigned our room key to a stranger and they walked into our room while we had kids. Terrible service experience and would not recommend. "

"My only criticisms are (1) Breakfast was limited to yogurt and make-your-own waffles, bread, orange juice and coffee, so no egg or meat options. (2) At 9:30am, so an hour and a half before my 11am checkout time, there was a knock on the door and the door was quickly opened by a man asking if I needed anything before checking out. I felt it was invasive, plus the guy was unapologetic."

"Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. However, hotel only services room every other day; therefore, we ran out of in-room coffee packets and toilet paper on first morning. Coffee in the breakfast was good. The complementary breakfast was ok; we've had better at the Hampton Inn in Nor Cal. "

"rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was very disappointing. The room had serious cleanliness and safety issues. The door latch was broken, there were cobwebs in the room, I found a long hair on the bed, and the shampoo and conditioner appeared half-used. The outdoor area was also very dirty, with trash everywhere and overflowing trash cans that were not cleaned overnight. What was especially surprising was how poorly our complaint was handled. After we checked out, we contacted the hotel through an Expedia agent, but they seemed unaware that we had already left. They said they can give a resolution at checkout and we have areleady checked out one hour ago, and in the end there was no real resolution. For a hotel that charges regular rates, this was unacceptable. The only positive part was that the front desk staff were polit."

"The budget inn is not luxurious by any means, but I have stayed here multiple times. It is perfectly fine to meet my needs. I've never had any problems with safety, and the guy who runs the place is very nice. He even helped me change a tire on my boat trailer once. I definitely recommend this place"
