"To start with, the road to get there is narrow and rough. Then had to sit out in their waiting parking area for way too long because they only help 1 person at a time in the office. Booked a park model trailer that was not ready or safe to stay in. Pipe used to lock sliding door. Possible mold in cabinets. Spiders and terrible odor while running the water. After realizing it was the hot water supply that was nasty, it was past office closing time. Long story short, left early, put in for a refund but, wasn't refunded for the first night. The lake view was nice."

"We had a fantastic stay at this riverfront property! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location right on the river was a highlight having access to the boat dock made it easy to enjoy time on the water.The game room and hot tub were big hits, especially for the kids they had an amazing time and never ran out of things to do. It’s a great spot for families looking to relax and have fun together.The host was also excellent very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to others!"

"Great location and amenities!! My family and I had an awesome stay. Bed linens could use a refresh, and my son was disappointed that the pool table was actually air hockey but he survive. Lol. Really was a very comfortable stay in a perfect location and proximity to launch. Host was very easy to communicate with and left a very helpful manual for nearby attractions and info about the stay. "

"This year was the 4th time we have rented this house. It is the perfect location for all the things we love to do. Riding our side by side in the desert, visiting with friends, dining at restaurants located on the Colorado River.The Hillcrest Bay subdivision is a very quiet neighborhood. And is very convenient for going on walks."

"No one around to help us find the house when we arrived.No signal to call or send messages.WiFi was off once we found the house and got into the house, couldn’t log into it until we discovered that after turning all of the light switches on, one of them turned the WiFi on.The key could hardly get into the key holes, the doorknob lock and deadbolt would barely turn to unlock.Once into the house, the kitchen was clean even though the dishes weren’t; the bathroom was clean; the downstairs bedroom was clean; and the living room was clean.Numerous dishes were dirty where old food was still on them and a hair was inside a mixing bowl.The loft was covered in a noticeable layer of dust and food crumbs.The check out instructions on top of the fridge are the only instructions I could find.They stated to put dirty linens into a hamper which could not be located.Once I removed the pillow cases, a blood stain was noted on the pillow for the downstairs bed. It’s just the cost of a pillow, it should have been thrown away and a new one provided in this business, very cheap and so disgusting.There’s a sewer leak or something because the stench was smelled constantly under the carport.We decided to check out a night earlier than what we paid for because I just couldn’t take one more night in that bed downstairs which was so uncomfortable. It felt like cardboard over springs."

"Communication was excellent, booking was a very easy process. Only had issues with the heater in the casita which was a bummer because it was pretty cold but the unit had plenty of blankets. Was a lot of sand on the couch when we got there, tried to vacuum it up but the vacuum doesn’t seem to work. Other than that great stay and was very comfortable & can’t beat the view & location. "
