"A little apartment we had was very nice and clean, there was a window AC unit but the apartment stayed cool even though it was 108 outside Water level goes up and down, the current does get pretty strong for the dock use, the launch ramp is pretty steep on low release it's only possible with small trailer, the launch ramp is an awesome feature for this property that's mainly why I booked itManagement / homeowners are really nice and easy to work with"

"We had a great stay here with our group of 12. The property is two mirrored units that share a wall but don’t have an interior connecting door. It was still very easy to go back and forth, and the setup worked well for our group.The homes were beautiful, thoughtfully furnished, and stocked with everything we needed for cooking and dining. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish.A couple things future guests should know: The private dock easily accommodated our boat and two jet skis, but when we arrived on a Thursday the river level was very low, making the water too shallow to safely dock. We later learned the water levels fluctuate daily, and Thursdays are often lower. It’s worth checking Parker water levels before your trip. This information is in the welcome details under Additional Information/Amenities, but it took us a bit to find it. Also, if you’re planning to bbq, don’t count on it. The fixed grill is behind a gate near an older lower unit, and it looked like it hadn’t been used or cleaned in quite a while. We ended up cooking everything on the stove instead. The pool is next to the grill area and is tiny, but that wasn’t a concern for us. Overall, this is a beautiful property in a great location. Our only real disappointment was not having a usable grill because all of our meals were centered around that, but we’d happily stay here again."

"Nice tiny home . The kids loved the loft . And it’s right on the water . Only problem was the only tv that worked was in the master bedroom . The one in the loft as well as the living room area did not work . We spent most of our time outside so wasn’t that big of a deal but would have been nice."

"Great location for boating on the river and Lake Havasu. Access to the boat launch ramp was easy, and plenty of parking. The river can be tricky to navigate when the water is low. The other option is to launch at the lake about 2 miles away."

"Great place within a quick walk to the dock. Kitchen has every utensil and cook ware you would ever need! Primary bed is very comfortable and nice to have an ensuite. Be prepared to drive everywhere though, not able to walk along the water as this side is all rock. There is a gas station/convenience store within walking distance but the traffice is doing min 40mph so best to drive "
