"Nice hotel, easy check-in and easy access to the beaches and other attraction areas with bus and tram, which the kids love, and a good environment to stay for a large family. "Room 206 has the most comfortable four poster bed, i slept like a log every night. We usually just stay Room only, but occasionally we chose breakfast and dinner and neither options disappointed. There was entertainment each night. I have to give a big shout out to both Martin and Nathan who have always tried to get me a second floor room with a Seaview. 1,because I have walking difficulties and if the lift wasn't working for any reason then i could just about manage to get to my room, and 2, i suffer from depression and anxiety and being able to watch the sea calms me down. That being said, people will complain about the small things sometimes and i say to them that the staff do their best,always read the reviews on hotels and if you expect luxury then book the boulevard or similar hotel. And before you have a go at me about the president hotel, let me say that everyone is entitled to their own views and half the time problems are of the guests own makings. The hotel is truly pet friendly, allowing your pets everywhere with you, they even have a separate dining area for them unlike certain other hotels which i won't name. "

"We had the annex which was spotless and room service left items that we requested. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good options for breakfast. Entertainment was enjoyable. Swimming pools are starting to look a little dated but they were checked and cleaned regularly. "

"After reading the reviews about the Norbreck we were a bit dubious about our stay, glad we decided to see for ourselves, everything was what we wanted, we tried to extend our booking but after the receptionist tried his best there was nothing available. On our return home we got booked in for the following week"
